(Peanut Butter & Banana Toast with Walnuts & Honey)
| I rely on this, primarily for the kiddos, when I am low on time or it’s been a minute since I’ve been to the grocery store. Nonetheless, this never disappoints. It is just the right amount of sweetness, without it feeling like you are fully endulging in a dessert for dinner! I would not suggest this become a weekly staple, but every once in a while, it definitely comes in clutch. | |

| 10 minutes | 2 |
| Ingredients | |
| Base | Madison Sourdough Bread |
| Protein | Peanut Butter |
| Toppings | Banana (sliced) Walnuts (chopped to preference) Honey |
| Directions | |
| Lightly toast the slices of bread. My personal preference is to toast it only lightly so it’s warmed; I do not want the toast hard. Slather on a healthy amount of peanut butter. Top the peanut butter with one layer of the sliced bananas. Sprinkle on the walnuts. Last, but not least, drizzle on a touch of honey. | |
